What media and production cost in the UAE, and how to price your own
How clicks, impressions, influencer posts, video and websites are priced in the UAE, which figures are published, and how to turn a budget into what it buys.
Short answer
Clicks and impressions depend on bids and budgets, so no fixed price exists, and Google's own bid ranges are estimates of what advertisers bid. Meta publishes no fixed cost per ad. Few UAE suppliers publish influencer, video or website prices, so this page cites only the ones I could open and says where nothing is stated.
If you are asking what an Instagram promotion, a video or a new website should cost in the UAE, the honest first answer is that the price depends on which kind of price you are being quoted. This page sets out the kinds in the order a buyer meets them, and cites a figure only where a supplier or platform publishes it or where Google’s Keyword Planner shows it.
A disclosure first. This site is published by Web Marketing International FZCO, which sells Google Ads and Meta Ads management. I have an interest in how you read the cost of clicks, so I have kept to sources you can open yourself, and I say plainly when I found no published figure. Nothing here is a ranking, and the calculator uses only your own numbers.
Four ways you are charged
- Per click. You set a ceiling and the platform charges per click, up to that ceiling.
- Per thousand impressions. You pay for views, counted in thousands, whether or not anyone clicks.
- A fee per post or per project. An influencer or a producer names a price.
- A quote. Video and websites are usually priced from a brief.
The first two depend on bids and budgets and move. The last two are negotiated and are rarely published. Mixing them up is the commonest reason two budgets cannot be compared, and the mistakes page lists the others: common mistakes when comparing media costs.
What clicks cost
On Google Ads a maximum cost-per-click bid is the highest amount you are willing to pay for a click. What you actually pay is the actual CPC, which is shown in your Avg. CPC column[2]. So there is no single price per click to look up. There is only what your account shows, and what the market has bid.
For the second, Keyword Planner gives a low and a high range for the top of page bid. Google describes the low range as an approximation of the 20th percentile and the high range as an approximation of the 80th percentile of what advertisers have historically paid, based on location and search settings, and says the statistics cover the last 30 days. Some keywords have too little bid history to show them[1].
The figures in the table below come from Google Ads Keyword Planner, United Arab Emirates, English, read on 3 November 2026. They are estimates of what advertisers bid for those searches, not what any business pays, and they are in pounds sterling because that was the account currency. I have not converted them. They are bids on searches for agency and development services, so they say little about what a click costs in your own category.
| Search | Average monthly searches | Low range | High range |
|---|---|---|---|
| website design dubai | 2,900 | 4.06 | 13.97 |
| website development dubai | 1,000 | 4.48 | 12.59 |
| ecommerce website development dubai | 320 | 4.06 | 10.08 |
| marketing agency dubai | 1,600 | 2.18 | 8.78 |
| social media marketing agency dubai | 590 | 2.86 | 16.44 |
| meta ads | 4,400 | 2.44 | 24.26 |
| ugc ads | 70 | 1.07 | 6.58 |
| ugc creators dubai | 50 | 1.01 | 4.10 |
For searches such as “video ads production dubai” and “website development cost dubai”, Keyword Planner showed no data at all. That means unknown, not zero. The fuller reading of why a bid is not a price is in how clicks and impressions are priced.
Impressions and Meta
Google describes CPM as a way to bid where you pay per one thousand views across Google's display advertising[3]. On Meta, the pricing page gives no fixed cost per ad. It says costs vary with factors including the objective, the audience and the budget type, and its FAQ adds ad quality, bidding strategy and performance goal[4]. I have no Meta figure for the UAE to give you, and I will not make one up.
Influencer fees
I did not open any influencer’s or agency’s own page that publishes a fee, so the fee per post is Not publicly stated here. What I can cite is a cost around the fee. The UAE Media Council lists a permit for an individual to provide advertising or media content on social media, whether paid or free, with a service fee shown as free for the first three years and AED 1,000 after that[5]. Check the current position with the Council before relying on it. The checklist is in pricing influencer, video and website work.
Video production
I found one Dubai agency publishing video prices on its own page. Published by Digitalnexa, opened on 4 November 2026 and possibly changed since: corporate video from AED 10,000, event video from AED 10,500 and animated video from AED 14,000, plus package tiers starting at AED 1,500. The page shows an article date of 25 August 2020[6]. One supplier is not a sample of the market. If you have a published video price, send it to me and I will check it.
Website cost
I did not open a UAE developer’s page that publishes what a website build costs, so that is Not publicly stated. Platform subscriptions are a different thing: they pay for the software, not for design or build work. Published by Shopify on its UAE page, opened on 4 November 2026 and possibly changed since: plans from $24 a month paid yearly, in USD[7]. Wix lists plans in USD for reference, noting that prices and currency vary by location[8]. Two platforms are not a market range.
From budget to outcome
Once you have a price from your own account or a quote, the useful question is what a budget buys. Enter it in the media cost converter, which shows clicks, impressions or posts bought and the cost per outcome, with the equation behind each line. If you want a second pair of eyes on what your clicks should be costing, I offer a free ads audit, and you can send me a published price I have missed.
